Brumbaugh Detwiler Rehabilitation Unit
The Rehabilitation Unit at The Village is designated for short-term recipients ONLY with treatment plans that are designed to get you back to your daily life! Our interdisciplinary team will work with the resident and his or her family for individualized discharge planning.
The newly renovated rehab unit offers occuptional, physical, and speech therapy provided by experienced staff from Flagship Rehabilitation. This isolated unit has private rooms and is located in close proximity to the therapy gym, bank, and library. Each room is tastefully decorated and equipped with a private bathroom, a flat screen television and a stereo.

Priority Placement Program
The Priority Placement Program at The Village is designed to assist active older adults, who are scheduled for a planned surgery, reserve one of our private rehabilitation rooms before entering the hospital. By pre-registering, you can save time in completing all of the paperwork prior to your hospital stay and assure your spot in our successful rehabilitation department. Our goal is to encourage older adults to rehabilitate quickly and return home to their prior level of functioning.
