The Court Apartments provide a convenient, protected, and secure environment for the retiree. The day-to-day responsibilities for the maintenance of the property are transferred to our staff, leaving you with peace of mind and the time to do the things you really enjoy.
The Court is comprised of three floors with 25 apartments located within the building. Four different floor plans are available. Two of the floor plans offer one bedroom apartments while the others are two bedroom apartments. The largest floor plan offers a two bath option.
Each apartment has a handicapped accessible shower in the spacious bathroom. The kitchen area is also handicapped accessible. There are elevators available for easy access to each of the floors. Laundry and trash facilities are also located centrally on each floor.
The Courtside Cafe is located on the first floor of The Court building and is open daily. There is also a billiard room for the residents to use at their leisure. Residents gather regularly for social and recreational events within the apartments as well as other parts of independent living.
Another option for apartment living is the Brumbaugh-Detwiler Ground Floor Apartments. These apartments are one bedroom efficiencies and are 400 square feet. They are located on the ground floor of the Brumbaugh-Detwiler Building.
Programs are available for couples that require different levels of care. We currently offer a program to keep couples together, even if one is independent and one requires Personal Care.
