SKILLED CARE
Nursing Care services are based on the Christian principle of respect for the dignity of every person. Our nursing care provides for the special needs of each individual with a strong awareness that privacy and self-esteem need not be sacrificed for efficient service. As both a Medicare certified and Medicaid approved nursing home, we provide all levels of care.
Nursing Services Include:
- 24 hour supervision by our professional nursing department offering home assessments, wound care, pain management, tube/parenteral feedings, individual care, IV therapy, and patient family education.
- Housekeeping and laundry services.
- Social services and case management.
- Social and therapeutic activities programs.
- Management of medications and medical needs.
Also available, but not included in the daily rate:
- Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
- Dentistry, Podiatry, and Optometry provided on a consultant basis.
- In room telephone and cable services.
