There are three separate floor plans to choose from in Pleasant Hill Village with size ranging from 1,333 square feet to 1,512 square feet.
Pleasant Hill Village offers two payment options to make this form of retirement living more feasible. The cottages may be life leased with a one time payment, or they can be rented on a monthly basis.
