MOUNTAIN VIEW ESTATES
Located in the new section of our campus, Mountain View Estates offers an opportunity for home ownership. In Mountain View Estates the owner will chose a lot, lease it, and build the home of their dreams upon that lot. If the homeowner decides that they would like to move, the house is put up for sale and the owner receives the profit of the sale. The lot itself will once again be leased by the new occupant. Each lot is approximately one-half acre.
