This historical farmhouse was built sometime in the late 19th century. The farm was formerly owned by the Hinton family, thought to be the first owners of this beautiful brick home. Later the house was owned by the Amick family. The Manor House, which was in need of renovation, was included on acreage obtained by the facility for expansion. It was decided to completely renovate the farmhouse to conform to its late Victorian origin, and use it as a bed & breakfast. Therefore it is now preserved as a piece of local history. The Village hosts many events here such as Red Hat Ladies, Christmas at the Cove, and Summer Concerts. The house is also used by the community to host weddings and other events.
