The Manor House is a historic farmhouse that has been renovated to provide The Village with its’ very own bed and breakfast. The Manor House is beautifully located right at the entrance of the new development. Unique stonework, a Spring House, and a captivating pond all contribute to the charm and appeal of this fabulous accommodation.
The first floor of the Manor House consists of a full size kitchen, a den, and a sitting and dining room area. With the grand staircase and fireplace situated within the large sitting and dining room area, the atmosphere is historic. This area is perfect for a meeting, small gathering, or party. It provides privacy and intimacy in an elegant setting. Catering services are provided by our professional staff.
On the second floor there are four guest rooms and three baths. Two of the rooms have private baths, and the other two rooms share a full size bathroom. The guest rooms are decorated in a Victorian style. Please contact us for information on the cost to stay at The Manor House. There is a limit of 2 people per room. The Village asks that you please make reservations in advance by contacting our Hospitality Liaison at (814)-793-5234. A continental breakfast will be provided upon request for an additional fee.
The outdoor landscaping at The Manor House also serves as an area for gatherings or parties. This area was designed with the idea of using it for recreational purposes in mind.
