INDEPENDENT LIVING
Independent Living at The Village offers many living arrangements developed to suit the needs of various individuals age 55 and older. There are The Court apartments, Brumbaugh-Detwiler Ground Floor apartments, duplex cottages in Pleasant Hill Village, duplex and single family cottages in Spring Hope Villas, and homeowner opportunities in Mountain View Estates. There is something for everyone at The Village!
In Independent Living we strive to keep each individual in their own home or apartment for as long as safely and feasibly possible. Our unique “Aging-In-Place” program allows us to do just that. We offer assistance with housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, medical injections and blood draws, and medication management for those who require a little help, and even those who just don’t want the worry.
We offer a Wellness Center right on campus for routine exercise programs or Outpatient Therapy services, a Recreation Center to host special events, a bed and breakfast to accommodate overnight guests, and a full service restaurant- all for our independent residents.
