Housekeeping
The housekeeping staff provides seven-day a week and holiday cleaning for all skilled and independent residents. The facility is maintained with premium quality cleaning and floor care products, as well as state of the art manual and automated equipment.
Our team also provides complete cleaning to our Independent Residents. We can also provide interior and exterior window cleaning as well as deep carpet extraction cleaning.
The housekeeping team is continually provided training in the latest concepts and techniques of cleaning.
Laundry
Our full service laundry department processes a half million pounds of linen per year. The laundry staff operates seven days a week, including holidays. Personal clothing laundering is a service provided to the residents, and to eliminate missing clothing issues, all clothing is labeled by heat sealing the residents name discreetly on the inside of all clothing.
Our laundry team, at your request, will provide ironing of clothing garments. The independent living residents can request laundry services, where your laundry is picked up, processed and returned the same day.
Maintenance Services
Our maintenance staff provides 24 hour, 7 days a week maintenance and repair service for our 124 bed nursing facility, 23 bed personal care unit, 25 apartments, 32 cottages and 2 annex buildings. Our skilled staff consists of full and part-time personnel with backgrounds in electrical, plumbing, construction, and refrigeration. We keep extensive stock of all standard parts for timely repairs to all units. Our team of trained professionals performs annual inspections, and has an ongoing program of preventative maintenance on the entire campus. We also provide campus security checks overnight.
