FINANCIAL GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
The support needed to operate The Village at Morrisons Cove calls us to reach into our hearts and take an active role in assisting others. But how you give, and how much you give, is totally up to you. We are grateful for all donations, large and small. There are almost as many ways to give as there are givers.
Here are three possible ways to give:
1. You can make an outright gift of cash, securities, property, or in-kind donations. Outright gifts are the
backbone of our charitable giving program. An example of an outright gift is purchasing a $100.00 ticket
to the Good Samaritan Banquet.
2. You may make a planned gift through an annuity or charitable trust. These instruments allow you to make a gift during your lifetime, to receive a tax benefit, and to earn income from the principal at excellent rates. The Village has engaged The Brethren Benefit Trust to administer these funds for us and provide guidance to the donor for appropriate action.
3. You may remember The Village in your will and become a member of The Heritage Society.
By carefully considering any one of these options, you can make a gift to The Village and meet your financial needs. As a non-profit organization, gifts are tax deductible.
