COURT APARTMENTS
The Court Apartments provide a convenient, protected, and secure environment for the retiree. The day to day responsibilities for the maintenance of the property are transferred to our staff- leaving you with the peace of mind and the time to do the things you really enjoy.
The Court is comprised of three floors, and 25 apartments located within this building. Four floor plans are available. Two of the floor plans are one bedroom apartments, and the other two are for two bedroom apartments. The largest floor plan offers a two bath option.
Each apartment has a handicapped accessible shower in the spacious bathroom. The kitchen area is also handicapped accessible. There are elevators available for easy access to each of the floors. Laundry and trash facilities are located centrally on each floor.
The Village Bistro is located on the first floor of The Court and is open daily. There is also a billiard room in The Court. Residents gather regularly for social and recreational events within the apartments and other parts of independent living.
Another option for apartment living is the Brumbaugh-Detwiler Ground Floor apartments. These apartments are one bedroom efficiencies. They are 400 square feet. These apartments are located on the ground floor of the Brumbaugh-Detwiler Building. Click here to look at floor plan options.
Programs are also available for couples that have different care level needs. We currently offer a program to keep couples together even if one is Independent and one requires Personal Care.
